Khinkali, shashlik, and mezze under the neon on An Thượng 26

Habibi has been on this strip since 2022 — a corner where Russian holiday-makers, Arabic regulars, and Da Nang locals end up at the same wooden table more often than you'd expect.

The menu is deliberately split. Slavic and Georgian on one side: pelmeni, borscht, khinkali, chebureki, Olivier salad, stuffed peppers. Levantine grill and rice on the other: lamb shashlik over open flame, mandi chicken, hummus and mutabel with house flatbread. Everything is halal.

Inside you sit under hand-painted murals — birch forest on one wall, desert mosque on another. Most people eat outside on the neon-lit patio after dark. Don José noted the tandoor smoke; the oven is part of the room. Ask for an inside table if that's not your thing.
